I am passionate about social leadership, being able to be an agent of change, through training programs in values, leadership, ecological awareness, strategic alliances, which allow reforming children and young people who are in a vulnerable situation, and make them men and women of the tomorrow, happy, talented, professional, honest and multiplying agents of social change. I am also passionate about the development and recognition of human talent, at the organizational level, creating and developing plans to raise and optimize the quality of human resources practices, in order to achieve levels at which companies can register with the best practices that achieve the best levels of happiness, well-being and commitment. For this, I leverage myself in another of my passions, which is the study of NLP, and psychoneurolinguistics, because through these two sciences, I manage tools with high organizational and personal impact. On the other hand, singing is one of my greatest passions, that is why I am blogger of an instagram account, in which I integrate the song with NLP, to achieve emotional reframing through incosent techniques. I consider that I am also passionate about learning, I have made around 30 certifications in various areas, in institutions and platforms such as: IVEPSI, DAR Learning, Caracas Coaching, FUNDACELAC, UNITEC, IESA. Since I believe that the knowledge and application of it, are the keys to success and a life full of passion.

We all have talents ... however education in most cases, focuses on forming children and youth according to general education programs, annihilating talents and the uniqueness of each. That is why, young people who know our talents, we have the duty to shine the world with them, but also be agents of creativity, entrepreneurship, motivation and leadership to serve as a platform and guide for other children and young people discover their talents and in them they conceive a way of life full of passion and can combine their talents with their professions trades ... Be agents of change, that promote education based on individual plans, in which individual talents and virtues are valued, and based on them, career plans are structured, agents that can change the overvaluation of the averages and open the way to the era that values uniqueness, talent, passion, motivation, lateral thinking, creativity, Innovation and leadership based on the management of personal skills and that achieve a global multiplier effect. In particular I am in the process of creating the 1st Talent School of Yaracuy - Venezuela. and I would like more young people in the world to join in supporting talent, and the "sor-learning" that is about innovative education, which surprises and motivates the brain, as the only real learning method. For this, the talents school will focus primarily on reinforcing your abilities that make you unique and doing it through experimental education. Together we do more!
