Bio
I am an only child, I was born in Lima in 1983, I moved from the age of 9 years to the city of Trujillo, where I finished my school and my university career in Accounting and Finance at the National University of Trujillo. In this house of studies I was a member of the Federated Center and president of the classroom the last 2 years of my career. In the development of my work experience, I liked the administration, finances, human talent management and corporate communication, so I decided to obtain diplomas in these subjects in different study centers, being the last ESAN.
I spent almost 13 years working in a company, and in 2017 I got 180 degrees and decided to start working in the field of social responsibility and relations with the community, focused on the educational field. I am very happy that with my grain of sand, education in my country can be improved and that more children have access to quality education.
I'm passionate about
I am passionate about my work and another of my great passions is traveling, so a few years ago I started with a blog where I show photos of the places I visit and recommend to people who leave the routine and travel.
I love animals, especially cats and dogs.
An idea worth spreading
Since 2017 I joined the organization Un Millón de Niños Lectores, an organization that has spent 8 years dedicating itself to the implementation of reading libraries in public schools with the support of international organizations and private companies (http: // www.millondeninoslectores.org/ )
Our main objective is to return access to books and read millions of children in Peru, and with this not only to improve reading comprehension but also to improve education rates in the country.
In 2019, together with other partners, we created the largest reading campaign in the country, a campaign called "Read for Peru" that searches in 6 books to inspire all Peruvians and unites them to help more than 50,000 people through 6 social networks organizations (www.leerparaelperu.com)
The TED story
I met TED through my cousin, when she gave her TedX talk, from there I like to listen to these high impact talks and attend the TEDx that I can.
