I have never had any idea what I wanted to do. This has taken me through the disability sector, massage therapy, hospitality, federal and commonwealth government and circus. I have experience in creating development opportunities for individuals and organizations. I currently design and create experiential adaptive leadership programs aimed at supporting individuals to advocate effectively within their communities and to government. It provides wrap around support for participants to empower them within their circles of influence to create lasting and meaningful change. It's fun.

using imagination and play to solve social justice issues. I believe if we bring together diverse thinkers, create a safe place outside the realms of reality and troubleshoot real-life issues, we give people the ability to solve problems without the fear of failure and with the ability to flexibly move from one idea to another. By doing so, we have the ability to create systems from the ground up to enhance society, not just provide momentary repairs to a flawed premise. My dog, the outdoors, board games, miniature painting, hiking, reading and making sure my tomato crop works this year.

People can achieve anything if they have the right scaffolding to support their development, ideas and dreams.
