An idea worth spreading

My mission is to help people be everything they have the potential and desire to be. I want to help people feel fulfilled in their lives and to experience the true joy of healthy living. I work hard to do this in every aspect of my life - as a father, husband, son, brother, educator, coach, and friend. I’m driven by the belief that hard work is more important than talent and that team work is the most satisfying work of all. A quote by Howard Thurman sums up a lot of what I believe: “Don't ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive and then go do that. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” I believe that we can all find purpose that will lead to a life of fulfillment, and that a healthy lifestyle provides the energy to fuel that journey.
