Chris DiIorio is the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer at Shondaland, the pioneering storytelling company founded by Shonda Rhimes. In his role at Shondaland, Chris is responsible for identifying growth opportunities for the company while overseeing brand partnerships, integrations, communications and corporate synergy. Prior to joining Shondaland in 2016, he spent over a decade at one of the leading entertainment public relations firms overseeing the agency's television division. During this time he represented such clients as Shonda Rhimes, Bill Lawrence, Dan Harmon, Mitch Hurwitz, The Television Academy / Emmy Awards as well as programming and corporate communication publicity campaigns for numerous networks and studios. Originally from Boulder, Colorado, Chris is a proud graduate of Loyola Marymount University and an even prouder father to a 5 and 2 year old.
