Bio

Charlotte M. Ellett is a game designer and programmer working on a set of tools for playing social deduction games in-person or over the Internet in virtual reality, called the Deduction Engine. She believes in the power of games to provide opportunities for isolated people to socialize and learn. She works on competitive and mind-bending PC games and tools to increase game immersion as the co-founder of C63 Industries, such as Pixel: ru² and LEDL.io. She’s previously worked on immersive educational environments that combined the real and virtual worlds with motion-capture technology, and was an Oculus Launch Pad Scholar for 2018, developing a prototype for the space physics simulation game, God Complex VR. She regularly travels to gaming events to talk about design and development. Her goal is to connect people, enrich lives, and advance technology through the power of gaming, in VR and beyond.
