Spent 12 years building an entertainment perks platform that connected corporate employees to cultural events and institutions. Incredibly rewarding to help drive local interest in theatre, dance, opera and other performing arts. We leveraged this fun and meaningful perk as a great way to provide something truly extra special to those that matter most - your employees. I worked with companies large and small and fell in love with the HR practice and culture management. Ended up working as an advisor to the New York City Department of Health creating a corporate health and wellness initiative and worked with Marsh & McLennan and other entities to spread the gospel of creating happy & healthy company cultures through innovative programs and engaging strategies. Currently I am leading the benefits product division at Rethink - an innovative health technology company that is empowering parents and caregivers to help their child or loved one with autism or a related developmental disability to reach their full potential. I have the privilege of partnering with some of the most progressive global companies such as SAP, Facebook, Microsoft and more to create the first ever neurodiversity inclusion center - we are striving to help corporations become more inclusive of ALL people (particularly employees with a condition like autism). I love health innovation, company culture building and collaboration.

Neurodiversity, inclusiveness, people who have defied the odds to overcome incredible circumstances and are generous enough (and brave enough) to share their personal stories, chocolate, dancing at the club like I'm still 20 something years old.
