I have also been a good pilot for Multirotor Drones since my 10th grade from when I started working on it. Learning is the most important for a person who's knowledge keeps on budding. The person who is keen to explore alone about what he's interested in makes the person learn more efficiently. But the education system is in another method where a certain set of people are taught with the same thing even if interested or not interested for the sake of Marks, Graduation. This is actually fooling our future generation where we know about the problems we faced and not being able to change it. With this, the students of the present generation are also confused with finding their passion. Hence there is a need to change the present educational system with the effective means

I have been watching TEDx talks over Youtube and have been motivated. I had also a chance of attending the TEDx event in one of the nearby university which later-on failed. I am very interested in getting TEDx to my institute which is like my dream come true.

I am also good in Team Management, in which I have pretty less exposure on. Getting a team and making it work for a particular purpose is difficult indeed, but with more of planning with the areas of interest its been easy and making them work what they love makes the work go smoother than expeted
