Liz is currently a GameChanger in Shell’s early innovation group. She actively seeks and sponsors energy related proof of concept projects on behalf of Shell that have the potential to have a step-change impact on new or existing Shell businesses. She enjoys working with cross disciplinary teams as they venture into new territory, establish the first settlement, build infrastructure and define a path forward. Other recent positions that she has held in Shell are Regional CO2 Manager for North and South America Exploration and Production, where she lead the early efforts to mitigate CO2 emissions in existing assets and plan for responsible CO2 management in future projects and assets; Program Manager for Shell’s post Hurricane Katrina return to New Orleans, where she created and implemented a broad effort to revitalize New Orleans impacting education, neighborhood redevelopment and cultural renewal; and Global IT Portfolio Manager, where she was part of the first leadership team to standardize and manage technical software applications and information management standards globally. Liz’s early career was in Production Engineering and she holds a degree in Chemical Engineering. Married with two children, Liz strives to be a role model for balancing careers and home.
