Alongside my primary corporate career, I dedicate my expertise to community building as a non-profit activity, serving as the official Chapter Leader for Bocconi Alumni Napoli to foster high-level networking, collaboration, and connections within the local startup ecosystem. My life outside of work is completely fueled by curiosity. I am deeply passionate about sports, which has taught me the core values of discipline and teamwork, as well as history, creative projects, and traveling to discover new cultures.

My TED story began in 2019 when I stepped into the energy of the TEDx network as an organizing team member for the inaugural edition of TEDxUninaFedericoII, centered around the powerful theme 'Imp-act'. Working deeply behind the scenes was an eye-opening and unforgettable experience. Managing logistics, handling the live operations, and closely supporting the speakers as they prepared to step onto the red circle taught me what a TEDx event truly is. I realized it is far more than just a series of beautiful presentations; it is a living, breathing engine capable of shifting human perspectives, sparking raw inspiration, and bringing a diverse community together. Witnessing the authentic, deep impact that those shared ideas had on the audience in that very room was a turning point for me. It completely redefined my understanding of how powerful words and genuine human connection can become catalysts for real, lasting change.

People don't know I'm good at two very different but essential skills: cooking high-quality seafood dishes and intuitively connecting people. Coming from Torre del Greco, mastering fish recipes is a personal passion of mine that requires precision and care. On the other hand, my real social talent is networking: I have a natural ability to connect individuals from completely different backgrounds and bring them together, whether it is for a new professional project, a cultural initiative, or a community event.
