In transition from my second incarnation as a business consultant (first incarnation was engineer) to my third incarnation as ??? Volunteering for SCORE, chairing a nonprofit board, also roaming around to figure out what's next. Avocations include wannabe jazz piano player, amateur ballroom dancer, artist.

connecting great ideas with effective action. I love exploring interesting ideas for their own sake, but believe that ideas become much more valuable when the seeds are planted, nurtured, and grown.

TEDWomen 2022 is at least my 17th TED event. Organizer for first two TEDxBeaconStreet conferences and then TEDxJamaicaPlain. Have mentored (or attempted to mentor) several TED fellows, dabbled as a TED Circles host. Love the optimism and generosity of the TED tribe.
