President of Shutterstock, one of the largest subscription-based stock photo agencies in the world, since 2010. Previously responsible for the Consumer business at TheLadders.com. Prior to TheLadders, I was with Weight Watchers International for eight years, most recently as Chief Operating Officer from 2006 to 2008, where I oversaw global revenue growth from $1.2 to $1.6 billion, including 40%+ growth in Internet revenue, and market expansion into China. I ran the North America Weight Watchers business from 2004 to 2006. From 2000 to 2004, I was Co-Founder and President of WeightWatchers.com, which I helped develop from early start-up to become the leader in online weight loss. Previously I was Principal at The Boston Consulting Group, focused on Consumer, Technology and Internet projects, including helping Sotheby's launch its online auction business in 1999. From 1992 to 1996, I was at Motorola, where I worked with a variety of internal start-ups in operations and engineering management, and launched Motorola's first cable modem for broadband Internet access. Received Master of Science degree in Management and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a graduate of Dartmouth College.
