I am self determined person and I always be committed towards my work to give my best in making things better than before. I believe in teamwork saves time and energy, but a team will get done only if every individual delivery’s best. This is why I always communicate with my team to sort things out & make everyone feel easy to work together. Plans would also be never same even it might had worked out for many times, so I change plans according to situation. I love to take on challenges, as they make me feel even more responsible. Still even volunteering for many, I always learn new things each time & make myself better.

I believe that once I stop learning, I would struck there without any further growth. This is what makes me passionate about learning new things on my way. I also feel this as other way to keep myself updated with trends & techs that go around. I generally work on what I learn, cultivate & reflect those things in my life. Other than learning I am passionated about taking initiations. Bcoz I know this is where I analyse past work & start with new energy. I also feel this what making me turn for a startup rather than going with regular career. But knowing once passion lists adds-on with respect to time, These are what I need now at this stage of time.

I listened the Ted talk of jaspreet bindra on How to transform India through blockchain .It was so impressive and involved into his talk .With that motivation I have been attended to the International Blockchain Congress and learnt lot many things reagarding how the world is emerging into the technology. I was been one of the team lead of organizing committee for the World Blockchain Hackothan with the 1500+ students over the India to enrich and elite them about Blockchain

One of my friend told me reagarding the Tedx event .As Iam passionate in learning new things I liked to join the tedx to learn new things and also to use my past experiences. I would many things with this Tedx event.

Usually people around me would be completely aware of myself as I always try to maintain that transparency. But still my people know less about my self motivation skills that frequently boosts me up. Be it any kind of situation I make my mind hard in all possible ways to give my best. But generally don't show this skill feeling better to stay in limits rather than giving suggestions without feeling pain of their time.
