Jay has been providing a human side to technology for over twenty years, as a technology strategist, user experience specialist, and visual designer. His career has been focused on the interaction between people and technology, and his insights have helped to greatly improve products on mobile, web, and desktop platforms, including IBM DB2 and Mozilla Firefox. He co-founded and led Radiant Core, was the Head of Marketing at Rypple (acquired by Salesforce), and is now Co-Founder of Sensei Labs, a proud part of the Klick family. His teams are redefining the technology of management through Conductor, the world's best work orchestration software. Jay co-authored The Decoded Company, a New York Times Best selling book on rethinking the technology of human achievement through the creative application of data and technology. He has taught courses for The Learning Annex, wrote The Facebook Cookbook for O'Reilly Media, and has been proudly published in the Harvard Business Review.
