We are living in the age of acceleration. Young people are experiencing life in such different ways than teachers and adults could ever imagine. It is time to reform teaching pedagogy and revolutionize our thoughts. We have to establish dynamic stability for teachers and students. Dynamic stability is a concept seen in the balance on a bicycle. It is easier to balance and stay upright if your bicycle is moving forward. We need to learn to ride the waves of change.
