Dana is in the process of discovering what he wants to be when he grows up - i.e. where his passion lie after many years of, sort of, money-making C-level positions at hedge funds, investment banks and insurance companies. BUT Dana is really "a creative" at heart and a developer/supporter of the arts and lover of live entertainment in all of its forms. He is Director of The Lir, The National Academy of Dramatic Arts in Ireland - a joint venture with the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA) and Trinity College, Dublin. The Lir is committed to the development of talent regardless of financial constraints. Dana is also investor/Board Director of GradTouch, the UK largest media business dedicated to college students and graduates. He is married to Caroline, his “English Rose”, and has 3 hilarious and impressive sons - Alexander, Cameron and Jamie. He splits his time between London, California and Cape Cod – and wherever his wife, his boys and his passions lead him. Dana is an experienced change agent with a passion for people and making extraordinary things happen. Dana has lived and worked in the U.S., U.K., Bermuda, Australia and Asia. He is a member of The Worshipful Company of Information Technologists and holds the Freedom of the City of London which gives him the right to graze sheep within the City walls. He is a frequent public speaker on topics ranging from technology to cultural change. He is passionate about making the workplace and life a fun place and the development of individuals and teams. He likes to make the impossible happen.

Follower of TED for many years. Have introduced the companies that I have worked with to TED, been a sponsor of the TEDX Bermuda 2011-2014 and TEDX Dublin 2012-13 events. I attended TEDActive 2012, 2013 and TEDGlobal in 2012, 2014, 2015 and TED 2014 - 18.

Finding the problems and identifying the solutions a breakneck speed - like a Ninja (it is just a gift). Making work fun by providing creative forums for creative people to develop ideas, work collaboratively and be heard.
