Henrik Scharfe

Educator/Teacher, Idea generator, Scientist

Born 1968 on the West Coast of Denmark. Grew up to be interested in the interplay between technology and human understanding. I hold a MA in Humanistic Computer Science, and a PhD in Human-centered Informatics. Both focus on human and computational aspects of knowledge, especially in the area of narratives, and I have published on artificial intelligence, knowledge representation, narrative theory, graphical languages, persuasive technologies, and social robotics. By mysterious ways I now work with androids in Human-centered Robotics. My latest project: Geminoid-DK features a android copy of myself. Henrik Scharfe is Professor of Information Science and Director of Center for Computer-mediated Epistemology at Aalborg University, Denmark.

I'm passionate about people around me.
