Marketing, public relations and communications professional working as part of a higher education family in Dallas to empower people and transform communities. Engaging with a rather diverse body of college students is incredibly rewarding, as is exposing them to new opportunities while helping them realize their self worth. It is with knowledge, heart, integrity and transparency we continue to help students of all ages achieve their higher education goals.
Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) Steering Committee member at Mountain View College. The goal of the MVC QEP is to produce a community of life-long learners who actively and confidently use appropriate forms of writing to empower effective and ethical communication through critical thinking, and the refinement of written communication skills.
Before joining the incredible MVC family, I worked as an award-winning journalist for an all news operation in Dallas-Fort Worth with accolades for “Best Anchor Team”, “Best Breaking News”, and “Best Newscast” which led to Marconi, Associated Press and Texas Press Club awards.
