With TEDxZurich from 2014. First as a volunteer on the day, then as a part of creating a Salon format in Zurich and re-birth of TEDxZurichWomen. I had a privilege to lead the team in 2019-2021 before I had to step down for directorship role in my job but remain a team member responsible for speakers' scouting and curating. What motivates me still? With a small team of five we're happy to give an experience of wonder to our audience a few times a year. The team proved that the highest NPS scores in the history of TEDxZurich could be achieved even without big budget. The secret sauce is a very transparent communication in the team and a Swiss-style direct democracy, when making decisions (yes, we literally vote all the time, for event themes, for speakers, for location choice, etc.)
