Working as a team means knowing how to be part of a whole. It is like a fundamental part of a body, but knowing that without that part, nothing will do. Being able to work well in a team shows humility, tolerance, emotional intelligence and companionship. No one is anything alone. And if we want to do something big, important and that brings pride, we need to do it as a team. Achieving success with a collective effort is much more enjoyable. Working in the team we are more motivated and committed, finally, we depend on others, and everyone is responsible for failures and success. Therefore, teamwork makes everyone stronger. Teamwork is unity and friendship for the sake of a good and a common goal, so it is much more noble than an individual battle.

It all started when I was invited to participate in the organization of TEDxAraxá in 2018. Since then my love has only increased for this ecosystem that has the power to change humanity as a whole. I had the mega opportunity to participate in TEDxUFTM in 2019 and I was invited and I took on the responsibility of being a co-organizer of TEDxAraxá 2020. Right now, I am also a volunteer at TEDxSavassi 2020. Yes, I love it! s2
