Bio
Pam is the Founder of The Curious Company, a collective of scientists and creative professionals designing solutions that make it easier for people to adopt new, beneficial behaviors. Pam has spent over 30 years working as a strategist, researcher, designer, facilitator, advisor, and board member for corporations and NGOs alike. In 2000, she launched Curious. Originally the company worked with the likes of Nike, Amex, Lexus, etc. Now Curious works exclusively on social challenges. Curious’ sweet spot is listening to and learning from communities and, from a place of deeper understanding, designing solutions that inspire (even delight) people to change their behavior. A long-time practitioner of Human Centered Design, Pam has a keen eye for insights that inspire innovation and a passion for leading diverse teams to develop radically fresh solutions to sticky challenges.
