Bio
I am a go getter, thats my one liner for myself. I am a Telecommunication Engineer by Degree and Event Manager by heart. I was born in a small Village in Pakistan to a lower class family with no resources, luckily things got a lil better and we moved to a small city, later moved to karachi when I was 16 years old and another chapter of life started. I went for FAST-NUCES for an Engineering Degree as I wasnt aware of other scopes, later found out after a year that I have an Artist inside me. I became of the President of the Student Council, organized record number of Events, got Scholarship for a year (not for being a bright student, but for making good money to University through Sponsors) also got Special Achievement Award. I worked for a TV Channel as an Intern and from where I got my first proper Job Offer from the best Event Management Firm of Pakistan at that time, worked there for 4 years and then Started Keys Productions, which is just four years old, but became one of the best in the Country. Meanwhile I did a one Year PGD Program from Indus Valley School of Arts (probably the biggest Art School in Pakistan) just to answer all those people who used to ask me, You are an Engineer and you do Events, so I started telling those people, I am from IVS and I do Events, people stopped doing that. But now I really dont care about people now as I have learned that I will keep dancing and people who cant listen to the Music will always talk bad about you, but one should stop listening to these people. After Engineering, An Event Management Job and then an Entrepreneurial journey offered me alot more on the way. I never thought I would run this big successful business in one of the biggest Cities in the World. I got trained by British Council Pakistan as an Active Citizen, which really woken my civic responsibilities up and I started to thinking of doing things for others. I went to Harvard Medical School for Global Young Leaders Conference, my first ever visit to United States of America. Then I went to Germany at University of Cologne for 21st World Business Dialogue and also won the first prize in Creation Lab. I recently came back from another trip to USA after the successful completion of Professional Fellowship Program at University of Oklahoma funded by US State Dept. Life is amazing and I am loving every struggle I am making to make things better for myself and various people around me.

An idea worth spreading
I always wanted to travel the world, it was like a big dream, but when did this dream got fulfilled to some extent, I did not realize. More than that, I never knew that I would be traveling the world on my own, with my own money, earned hard by myself. I have this feeling now inside me, of knowing various cultures around the World. I feel so rich inside, which I can never feel by buying a fancy house or a big car. I feel so much complete inside just because I have various cultures, I have met several people, I know different foods and Music, it all makes me a different person. There are so many things I never knew about the World, till I started traveling. There are still so many cultures I am not aware of, the cultures which make this world beautiful and diversified. We need to preserve all the cultures in the World, so generations to come can have the richness inside of them which we had. So that Millions and Billions other people can know about the Cultures of the World, can know about history and can know about regions.
My idea is to organize World Cultures Festivals in maximum Countries around the World. This will have various segments and episodes. This will give a chance to the whole world to know other Cultures around the World, this will not only create awareness & knowledge, but would also create acceptance of various cultures in the World. A festival happening every year, in more than 100 Countries around the World. This will create millions of Jobs and business opportunities in all these Countries, will create softer image of various countries, will connect countries and generations together, will make this World a better place.
Last but not least, this will stop various cultures from dying, cultures & rituals which are rich and beautiful. We will save them and keep this world full of colors and cultures.

The TED story
Apart from the basic struggle which almost 85% of the Pakistani kids go through from the day they get born, I had some extra drama in my life, which made my story more interesting. I lived through multiple cities, as my father was transferred to these cities because of his Job, so I never studied in the same school, so I have almost none childhood friends who I grew up with. My father got retired before I got to college, we had no money to afford the one I always wanted to go, I could not shape up myself I wanted to, all those years I created this inferiority complex in myself that my life is based on conditions and since I am not rich, that is why im living this middle class life. I wanted to be an Artist, but my parents wanted me to be an engineer, so that I can get a good job and support myself in future and also family, I was forced to go for an Engineering University. I was in my second year of University when my Father suddenly died, he was only 53 years old and life took another twist. But all this drama in my life made me tough enough to face whatever comes my way. I was in the Student Council of my University, as I always loved doing Events, later I became the President of the Student Council in my Final Year, my love for Events and Creativity made me won a Special Achievement Award along with a Scholarship for organizing record number of Events in a Calendar year, and that is how I bought the very first car of my life with my own money. While I was active in the Student Council, I got in touch with people from different Brands and TV Channels. I took an internship at a local Music TV Channel right after graduation and they paid me well. But then the pressure from family made me go for a job at reputable Technical Organization, so that they can tell other people that Hasan is an engineer and he works at xyz Company. I was never a good engineer and never landed a good job, ended up working for the customer care center of an Internet Service Provider, did morning shifts night shifts evening shifts, it was a job where I had to ask my supervisor to even go to pee because of the amount of calls we used to get. I worked there for 5 months, till I got into a fight with an HR Manager, where I demanded to have separate Headphones for everyone for various purposes, and she said I should stop making such demands, that was my last day at that Company. I started looking for Jobs in Events sector and I did not tell my mother that I have quit this Job. I got a Job at a very small Events Company for less than half the salary I was getting at that Internet Company Call Center and I worked there for three Months and all this time my mother did not find out. While I was working at that Company, someone connected me to someone at this biggest Event Management Company of Pakistan and I somehow got to share my CV with them. Luckily I got a call for an Interview (as I made my CV extremely presentable) and I proved my creative skills in that Interview, then in the second Interview and then I agreed on whatever offer they gave me in the third Interview (I did not even hear the Salary they offered me). I first started as Creative Manager, later became the Events Director and had amazing four years, till I decided to give more creative freedom to myself and do something more amazing, so I quit that Job and decided to start something on my own. I had almost no money, but I wanted to do something. I was so keen on taking this risk, that I had a belief inside me that I will get somewhere. I started Keys Productions in 2014 and right now its one of the best Events Companies in Pakistan, we always get contacted by Companies who look for best 3 companies to pitch for their Events. I went to Harvard for Global Young Leaders Conference, I won the first prize at Creation Lab during World Business Dialogue in Germany, I completed my Professional Fellowship with University of Oklahoma funded by US State Dept and as I write this, I got selected for HPAIR (Harvard Project for Asian & International Relations). So if I explain my life in one line, it would be, "Life is amazing and its bloody unpredictable, so just live everyday".
