About Ruthanne
Bio
Ruthanne is a Managing Director and Management Team Member of Glocap Search. Her primary responsibility is to run the Firm's internal hiring globally. She joined Glocap Search LLC with several years experience in hi-tech/international marketing where she worked for Oracle, Lucent, and later Volera, a Novell subsidiary. Prior to business school, she worked in business development for the French Trade Commission of San Francisco where she assisted French technology companies to establish a presence in the USA.
She began recruiting as a student ambassador to Admissions team at UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business in which she continues to play an active role in her post-MBA life.
A native of San Francisco, Ruthanne enjoys running marathons, speaks fluent French and loves indie/foreign films.
Ruthanne has a BA in International Relations from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
